Shipping & Delivery

At Little BB Love, we want to ensure that your purchase is delivered to you in order. That is why we engage only shipping services that provide tracking of your package.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days, except during sale campaign periods or if announced otherwise on the Little BB Love website.

Local Orders in Singapore

Shipping time is generally expected to be within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Local orders that are above SGD90 will enjoy free shipping/delivery.

For gift orders, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp by the next business day to arrange for the delivery. Should you need the gift to be delivered urgently, please contact us to schedule an arrangement (subject to location and availability) before you place your order.

International Orders

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the items purchased. Applicable taxes and duties that may be chargeable at the destination country will be borne by the recipient and are not included in the billed amount. Little BB Love will not be responsible for packages upon dispatch to the delivery provider.

Additional Charges

Shipping rates are calculated and charged based on the respective delivery service provider's shipping rates only. Any additional charges, including but not limited to surcharges for deliveries to certain regions or restricted zones, will be charged to and payable by the recipient separately.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that the recipient's address and contact details are entered correctly in English. Little BB Love will not be responsible for orders that cannot be shipped and/or delivered due to inability to access restricted zones, input errors in the recipient's shipping address and/or contact details, failed attempts to contact the recipient, non-acceptance of the delivery, or the recipient's failure to pay additional charges such as courier surcharges, taxes or customs clearance duties, etc. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned to us due to one or more of the above reasons.

For missed or failed deliveries, re-delivery fees may be charged by the respective service provider.
