At Little BB Love, we take every care to check and ensure accuracy, quality and good condition of your purchased items before they are delivered to you.
However, in the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, please send a request to us via email within 7 days of receiving your purchase, and attach relevant pictures of the item. All requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will respond within one business day to discuss the issue with you based on the table below.

Terms and Conditions
The item must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with the item tags intact. Returns and exchanges will not be processed for items that do not fulfill the above conditions, are lost in transit, or are damaged beyond the original reported issue.
Exchanges will be processed on a one-to-one replacement basis, and a replacement item will be sent to you within 2 business days upon receiving the returned item. In the event that the item is no longer available and no suitable replacement is found, you will receive a store credit that is equivalent to the item's purchase value. Store credit shall be issued in the form of either a code for use at checkout, or a store gift card.
Requests that are received more than 7 days after receipt of the item will not be accepted.
While we try to represent and describe each item as accurately as possible, colors in product images may appear to be different from the actual items for various reasons, such as variations in displays and monitors, and therefore will not be considered as a product defect or a wrong item.
Cancellation of Orders
Requests for cancellation of orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and only if the order has not been dispatched to the respective courier.
We may also cancel orders at our sole discretion for reasons such as a suspected fraudulent transaction, inability or failure to deliver to the shipping address, failed attempts to establish contact with the customer, or if the customer does not respond to our requests for additional order confirmation and details, etc.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made based on the net order amount after deducting associated fees, including but not limited to credit card fees, transaction processing fees, etc.
