Nobody likes complicated details. We don't either, but here are some key information that we really have to let you know!

1) Rewards from purchases and referrals are accumulated as store credits with a validity of 6 months
2) Rewards on purchases are credited within 3 days based on your order total excluding shipping fees, applied discounts and reward credits, payment using gift cards, and duties and taxes (which are paid separately)
3) To earn reward credits and accumulate your total spend, you will need to be logged in to your account when placing your order
4) Members with an accumulated spend of S$2000 and above (excluding shipping fees, applied discounts and reward credits, payment using gift cards, and duties and taxes etc) will be upgraded to Prestige membership, and the bonus credits will apply to subsequent orders
5) Only one discount code can be used for each order
6) You will receive a discount coupon when you complete your first review through the invitation link that is sent to you via email
7) Referral discounts are applicable only on the first order, with a required minimum spend of S$50. You will receive S$5 credits with every successful referral.
